Q1: My anti-virus program is preventing the program from running on my PC, what should I do?.

A1: All Dreamsounds products are protected against piracy by a program called 'White Knight Protector'. Sometimes this causes a 'conflict' with anti-virus programs. To ensure running, please whitelist (add to trusted products) any Dreamsounds downloads/programs to your anti-virus/protection program. Here are a few links to the most common systems telling you how to do this:

Q2: Will Dreamsounds4guitar products run on a Mac?

A2: Currently the programs only run on Windows based computers. Mac versions of Dream Sounds 4 Guitar are currently in progress.

Q3: Will Dream Sounds 4 Guitar work on any Windows based computer?

Yes. As long as you running Windows and can open exe and play .mp3 files, everything will work fine. Almost every computer running Windows has these file playing capabilities already as standard.

Q4: Do I need to be online to access the products?

A4: Yes, as many of the products are Internet-information based in different areas.
